One of the principal concepts of deception<\/strong>, exercised by magicians, card sharks, con-artists, governments, thieves, and predatory counsel is to capture or divert the focus of their audience (or mark) toward something which is powerful, captivating, emotionally compelling, and not<\/u><\/strong> where the deception, magic, con, or trick is actually taking place and being manipulated. This creates a \u201cstrategic distraction\u201d to divert attention away from the crimes<\/strong><\/a> being committed, or the magic trick , or the con, as the case may be.<\/p>\n

This is exactly how my opposing counsel Attorney Virginia Lee Story<\/a> operated in every pleading which she filed in docket #48419B<\/a>. Not prioritizing the truth in any<\/strong> matter, nor ensuring that any<\/strong> pleadings were in the pursuit of justice, as required by the federal rules<\/a>. Instead, in strategic expectation of how each pleading was designed to distract<\/strong> myself, the court, and any witnesses away from the honest merits of our divorce, my constitutional rights, along with state and federal laws which protect every litigant\u2019s real property interests.<\/p>\n

Even to the point of diverting our attention away from whether or not my ex-wife\u2019s bankruptcy was being administered lawfully, in compliance with the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure and bankruptcy law<\/a>, which in fact prohibited the Chancery court from exercising jurisdiction over my marital residence, yet they did so unlawfully, purely to take it<\/strong> from me, without lawful grounds, authority, or process.<\/p>\n

That is called theft, fraudulent conveyance, real estate deed fraud<\/strong><\/a>, and that is exactly what defendants Binkley, Story, Yarbrough, Ausbrooks, Koval, Hildebrand, Walker, Marlin, Anderson, and Anderson did. With defendant Binkley\u2019s help, the law was strategically ignored!<\/p>\n

The unlawful forced sale of my Brentwood marital residence<\/a> is void<\/a><\/strong> and must be vacated as a matter of law. Nothing can redeem it or make a void and unlawful order (and subsequent sale) valid. Everything done by the courts and counsel in both of the related cases, constitute multiple felony crimes<\/a> committed against me and my family under the color of law, while nobody had the right to steal<\/strong> my home or compel<\/strong> its sale, under any of the honestly existing circumstances at that time. The court violently trespassed upon my rights, and each and every day since, while I have been denied justice, has constituted further lawless violence against myself and my family, under the color of law, office, or official right, while no such lawful power exists.<\/strong><\/p>\n

That was the real objective of this entire scam<\/a>. The real reason for my ex-wife\u2019s fraudulent bankruptcy filing<\/a>. The real reason that two high profile law firms and a half dozen powerful and influential attorneys, committed fraud on both state and federal courts concurrently<\/a>, while using the same fraudulent narrative<\/a>, which would have easily been disproven had any counsel the care or ethical fortitude to check the property deed<\/a> or tax records<\/a>, while the same was their duties<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

This is also commonly referred to as a \u201cdog and pony show<\/a>\u201d. The basic concept of a \u201cstrategic distraction.\u201d This was Story\u2019s fraudulent narrative<\/a> and character assassination of my identity, demonizing me, vilifying me, painting my ex-wife as the \u201cvictim\u201d. The idea that my ex-wife was ever in any danger<\/a>, or was abused, or was the victim of financial exploitation<\/a> or tax impropriety<\/a>, while I was blamed for her \u201cneed\u201d to file bankruptcy<\/a>, when not only did she never need to file bankruptcy<\/a>, she had an incredibly difficult time \u201cqualifying\u201d. While her counsel fraudulently executed<\/a> it to my substantial detriment, to cheat me<\/a> out of my property interests<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n
